Hey I was looking a websites source code to see what hex color their font was but for some reason it's just not in the HTML.

I'm confused here how are they changing font colors without putting it in the HTML?

Did you check the style sheet? look in the code for
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/style.css">

go to the Href= url and search for the font styles!

If you've got photoshop an alternate way of getting hex codes for a color is simply hitting your PrintScreen key and pasting it in photoshop. Then using the eyedropper tool click whatever color your trying to get then leftclick that color on the toolbar, a window should open up with hex code.
